All components of human life involve movement, from the way we work, travel, communicate, and even breathe.  Moving well can improve your capacity to do the things you choose in life, and also prevent injuries.  Regular exercise can protect you from various metabolic diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. 

An individual’s ability is screened to identify areas for improvement.  Utilizing our unique and diverse training style, we will make sure you have a strong foundation to build upon.  We then focus on functional exercises to improve strength and conditioning PROPERLY.  Functional exercises require multiple groups of muscles to work together.  

Everyone will benefit from our programming, whether you’re a competitive athlete or a beginner.  Training sessions take place at world-class facilities, Optimum Training and Performance, and 4S Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Private sessions for Brazilian jiu-jitsu are also available.  Learn the art of BJJ which utilizes self-defense based, ground fighting techniques to defend, control, and submit opponents.
